1. No Refunds
Casmor has a strict no-refund policy. Once a service has been provided, payment is considered final. We encourage customers to ensure that they are satisfied with our services before the completion of the job.
2. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations Made with Less Than 48 Hours' Notice: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total service cost will be charged.
Cancellations Made with More Than 48 Hours' Notice: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not incur any fees.
